Jared Gillet

Not much he can do about VAR being shite, but never seems to have control of the game.

Once you let a few little things slide, you've got to keep doing it, then when you do give something it looks biased

He's absolutely dogshit. Constantly waving and pointing, but mostly ignored by the players.
It took Alex Scott 6 fouls to be booked? Laughable.

Horrific display like, completely lost control and even the commentator on the stream from American tv said he was poor.
The lack of control is the big issue. The Bournemouth players and their wanker of a manager realised early doors that he's a weakling and ruthlessly played on it throughout.

Why should Championship matches have to put up with him?
Because that’s the way it works. The best referees should referee the premier league and those who are not cut up to it should referee the lower leagues.

The standard of refereeing goes down the further you go, so naturally Gillet should follow suit if he’s not up to scratch at this level.

Quite possibly the worst refereeing performance I've ever seen.

Shows how bad the standard of officiating is these days when people like Gillet are refereeing games in the Premier League on a weekly basis.
There were some absolute howlers in L1 to be fair, but worst this season for sure.

Aye but a lot further down
