Agree re first one, looks rusty.

Also made couple of good saves.

He'll get better playing more.

But Roeffs is completely different level.
 
Patterson is, always has been, and always will be, a bang average middle of the road Championship goalkeeper.

No more, no less, and it's hardly an insult before anyone starts.

He'll be 26 in a couple of months and has played around 180 senior games in his career.

He is what he is at this point.
 
Just watched Pat Roberts get off the bus on the telly. Been a lovely day down here, warmer than Barcelona apparently so there’ll be lots of water breaks and cramp guaranteed. I’d Dan Neil on? Or is he at Ipswich? I can’t keep up ffs!

Roberts on bench. No Dan Neil at all….if he’s at Millwall that is!

Neil played last night for Ipswich - subbed after an hour but got rave reviews of fans. They won 2-0
 
Cheers lads. That’s it. I started watching cos I knew there was three SAFC players possibly involved. I’m almost not as daft as I think.
2-0 30 mins. What a second goal. 30yd and I mean 30yd free kick keeper tips it onto post and Millwall lad lashes it in from edge of box first time. Pattos had nowt to do but stand around watching the planes gan ower his head to Heathrow.
