Season card - No Auto Renew

I didn't pay a £1.50 fee when I renewed last season although I got a card. Gone digital this time as I can't see me making all the games so I have assumed I needed a digital season ticket to resale if I cannot make it. Sometimes I will be faced with a 360 mile round trip so will miss the odd game if the weather isn't great.

Ive also got a card & they stung me for an admin fee

Fair play. Messaged the club about being charged £716 instead of £660.

They have admitted they missed the loyalty discount and priced it wrong.

They are cancelling my DD and I just have to go back in and renew at the proper price.
Aye that's what I was thinking after reading all the info on here.... I'll try AskSAFC first and wait a week or so and if I get no joy I'll pop down the ticket office. Cheers marra👍
I got a response within 24 hours from ask SAFC

My dad had to go down with his ID, but all sorted now for his free over 85’s ticket. Fantastic really, love this club 😎
Two tremendous posts

Pretty sure U1 used to be a concession area, now blue, so I'm in for a 19% increase...

...once they realise I've had a ST for 3+ years.
I moved seat 2 years ago so I've not got 3 years history apparently.
Why are we having to guess what price we should be paying to renew?
Why no price matrix from SAFC?

Are they (attempting to) covering up changes in block categories from what were concession corners for example?

I can't see any other reason not to just publish a price matrix... 🤔

U1 was blue area last renewal aswell. Just found the last seating plan on Google. I'm blue and had around 15% increase i reckon

Its because people are paying different amounts with loyalty discounts

Yes we know. It could easily be covered with a price matrix its hardly rocket science its 3 categories

Easily pleased you

It's odd when you join the waiting list for season 26/27 , when the confirmation email to confirm you're on the waiting list shows season 25/26 ?. No idea what that's about or even if me and my lad are on the list or not for season 26/27 with this email stating on waiting list for this season and not next...strange times...

It'll just be designed to stop pissing people off. Already people on x kicking off that they are paying more for same block as others and claiming its illegal

Be the same ones most likely to Jack in after a year aswell

The t&cs say everyone who has one will get a new one. And if you want one its £20 for those who dont have one
Really? I felt sure that I’d read they are being discontinued. If that’s the case I apologise for the erroneous post and it’s good news!

U1 hasn't been a concession from what I remember. This is from 2017 I think when it was orange. If you renewed at £460 last season then it should go up £90 (£4.74 a game) be £550 this unless like you say they've knacked up your loyalty discount. It's around 20% for most of those who've been STs since 2022/23 in blue & yellow but some age bands are a bit higher and some a bit lower.
