Season card - No Auto Renew

Haven't done mine yet, but my mate has received my email to renew my ticket. The only link is he's on my network as the most basic link. So why the fuck has he been sent this?

Because the IT infrastructure we have is shite.

That seems right. I got a half season ticket from Jan 23 when I moved back from Scotland and have had a full ticket ever since.
I’m being charged £690 for East Stand but my brother who I sit next to got his full ticket in August 22 and is paying £660, 30 quid less than me.

Think it’s only gone up about £40 overall between us.

My eldest isn't interested anymore but my youngest now loves going so i still want to keep the seat. Can you change a season ticket from one name to another at this stage?

I get the message “ You are not entitled to purchase a Season Ticket at this ticket price”. But won’t let me change the drop down to anything else.

My grandson who is 17 is getting the same message .U18 he will be 18 by the tine the season finishes ..It wont even let him click on for an U22 ticket

£616 for the in the north stand for me I’ve had a season ticket since 2014 unbroken apart from a half season ticket last season. Surely that can’t be right?

Can't even change an age category when the kid no longer qualifies for the previous age category currently.

Wonder if thats why mine wont go through as my young'un is going to an under 22 for next season from an under 18? People having trouble with other age groups going to another age group?

Mine in north east corner went up £26 to £616 and sons went up £6 so £32 increase. £745 in total from £720. Not bad at all.

Actually I've just looked at it again and it's confirmation that I've bought my ticket. I mean I was going to buy anyway but it's done it automatically and my mate has got the confirmation email
