Membership 2026


I get in today to a lovely email from DCCC advising that my 'Your order XXXXX with Durham Cricket has been processed'. It is membership for next season. £220 has been paid by credit card.

All fine and dandy except I haven't renewed. I was going to do so next week. Anyone else had this from DCCC?

I was the opposite. I took out the Senior Member & Spouse option for the first time last season and indicated on the application for it to be automatically renewed on an annual basis unless they heard otherwise.

However I noticed that no payment had come out in November and so I queried this at the last meeting and was informed that due to a glitch that particular membership had to be renewed manually and so I went to the Box Office and paid for it on my debit card.

Just a follow up on this. Did anyone who paid ny credit card get their membership automatically renewed? Also has anyone received an email asking if they didn't want their membership renewed?

I ask because apparently credit card details are automatically retained and there is an opt-out communication in December. I've never heard of such a system. Surely you should be given the option when purchasing whether your details are retained or not.

What is a 'standard guest pass'?
You can always take a friend once a season to either a 50 over game or a day of a Championship game. This is in addition to that.
 
I have mate, I logged in earlier and still no hint of a membership number. I'm paying in 4 instalments so unless they don't issue it until I've made the final payment...
If you go into the section that has your purchased tickets, make sure the slider is set to show past games, then go into one of the orders. My number comes after my contact name. Six digits that are the same membership number that is printed on my card.

I've got nothing against my contact name and a load of different order numbers.
