ID checks for away tickets

That’s not true by the way I’ve got no idea where that has came from, they need to have enough accounts within phase 1 for how many tickets they want

As in what? They’ve cancelled loads of the branches tickets? Or something else.

If the former (be good if you can expand for people going), anyone going should get in early, cos it will be an absolute nightmare at the turnstiles with people going red

It’s absolutely 100% true as to how it works. Each branch was provided with a code to access the ring fenced 40 seats. They can only be purchased by fans who have the required points for phase 1.

There’ll be a few fans from the North East who can’t make it today as their trains have been cancelled.

I thought the only NE train got you in at 1342, so I’m presuming you mean exiles?

Nah the turnstile mate.

The random checks so far are when people scan their ticket it’s cancelled (you don’t know until then) so beeps red and you don’t get in, and have to go out again and go to the ticket office and show ID etc.

Not to debate the merits or not of the actual checks again (because fuck me it’s a boring chat with the same things being said over and over), but it’ll be complete chaos if there’s whole branches being cancelled as obviously there’s queues behind them trying to get in. Especially about 20/15 mins before kick off when loads are trying to get in.

Good luck to everyone if the club have decided today’s the day to do that to branches!
