The club/KLD will be getting everything in order for summer transfer window. It’s been done now so there is no ambiguity about who’s in charge. If I had to make a guess Speakmans last real signing was Adingra and the club has essentially already replaced/upgraded him
 
Another one of the victims of his own success, he done a really good job to get us promoted but it's clear with the quality ghisolfi identified in last summer we have gone to the next level now.

I wonder also as Adringa was a long term target for speakman it didnt reflect well that he was probably the biggest flop of the summer recuitment.

Sacking a man who drove two promotions and built the squad he did with young exciting talent isn't brutal? I'm not saying we've been nasty or behaved badly but it's extremely cut throat and you have to be to get anywhere near the top!
