Speakman gone


Think it was on the cards when Ghisolfi came in, transition period then Ghisolfi takes over, Speakman has done a good job and will no have no worries getting another job on the back of what he’s done for us!

Finding gems from the lower leagues or youth football to do a job in the championship is one thing, finding semi-established player who can cut it in the premier league is another.

Judging by all statements he didn’t have much input anymore anyway

Ghisolfi is doing the job he was when we were in the championship
 
hardly a shock as some are claiming. he's done a brilliant job but the club clearly have bigger ambitions which is why they brought in Ghisolfi. it's felt like Speakman has just been there since in some sort of almost hand over role

wish him all the best and he'll walk into another job
