Season card - No Auto Renew

Well that information is quite clear
Absolutely

Still won’t be clearer enough for someone will it

Those who need everything blended down and spoon fed to them will still grumble though

Be ridiculous reading the inevitable “the clubs a disgrace for not renewing my ticket” “where’s my season ticket, I’ve been there 67 years and they’ve dumped me” etc etc posts 🙄

Where did the crack even come from they were getting rid? It was never, ever on the cards, the crack/rumour was always simply if you’re on DD you’ll need to manually sort your details this time while a system migration takes place.
This line has caused the confusion.

No auto renew for Direct Debits , strange decision

Given the amount who had issues of the auto renewal failing & losing their tickets, Its not really a strange decision
And its not a recent thing, its been happening for years but only now been a major problem with us now selling out. Previously you could just move seat.

Class. The cost of my season tickets will go up just 52%. Club of the people.

I've been saying the same on here for the last season or so mate. Been a massive price hike over the last 3 or 4 seasons. If mines goes to £590 for next season that's about £240 more than I was paying a few seasons back

On the one hand, I get why people wouldn't be happy about increasing prices. However, if you look at it from a market perspective, the product is far greater quality than a few seasons ago, and the demand is much higher. For Premier League quality football our prices are actually still quite reasonable.

Aye I know mate, I get why its gone up and agree it probably needed to.

Still a ballache mind

I understand what that means like with the keyword being automatic renewal. Maybe they could have clarified it with another sentence just to say ‘this means supporters wishing to renew by direct debit will need to input their details manually by….’. Unless they did do that and it’s cut off from the screenshot?

Either way, it’s been clarified and made clear now so everybody should know and be aware.

same and don't think what your saying will be far off

they might 'freeze' this seasons prices as an early bird offer for next but do they really need to do that given they'll sell out anyway

either way the majority of people are looking at a hefty increase
And no saving on buying match by match really...

Literally the only thing Ellis Short got right in his whole miserable time here was the cheap and affordable season tickets. I'm expecting a bit of a price hike for next season.

The email has in the next sentence mind

Supporters are advised that there will be no automatic renewal option via Direct Debit this year, as the Club completes its migration to SeatGeek.

All season ticket holders, including those who previously renewed by Direct Debit, will need to complete the renewal process manually.

A range of payment options will continue to be available, including Direct Debit split across six monthly payments.
