He hasn't got a footballing brain. His athleticism when we were looking for bargains got him a move his ability couldn't cash.

It's OK- when you're looking for bargains at that level it happens. Stop suggesting there was more to it or it was underhand or we've somehow failed him. He's had the chance of a lifetime and not had the ability to take it.

He didn't have a footballing brain. Not clocking runners, mis placed passes, not anticipating team mates movement, not reacting, not being able to finish or cross or pass accurately when given ample time to think about it most of the time.

A bit of skill/trickery and pace doesn't equate into "a hell of a lot of ability "

A lot of kids don’t until they get it coached into them he couldn’t cross because he’s a centre midfielder not winger and he could pass he scored some important goals also he was a kid how many do you expect him to be finishing like goto bed man im tired

Ba is dopey and you cant fix that. He's been tried everywhere and been generally poor everywhere. His better efforts were RW where he used his pace and kept it simple.

It's all very well having ability but you have got to produce it on a consistent basis not 1 game out of 5.
 
He doesn't have the brain to develop at the level we were at. He had a window where he was going to get first team chances and couldn't put it together. Then we outgrew where players like that would get in the team.

He's been on loan to League 2 in France and couldn't make it there either. He's// be on better wages than he'll get anywhere else so can understand why he wants to see his contract out.

Still only 22 and he'll find his level after he leaves.

Some signings just don't work. Don't think the club did him wrong or he did the club wrong. It happens.
 
He's exactly the sort of player we looked for ironically. Talented, but lost his way and undervalued. He'll be decent somewhere, whereas I'm not sure Poveda ever will be again.

I think he has a chance to do ok we should of loaned him out when we signed him so he could get games in the middle we had too many centre mids at the time

Yeah Robert’s was an experienced pro not a kid , I think if you watch his highlights he’s far from a dog with a ballon if you even know what that means his control
