I think it could knacker us next season. I think with some investment we could fly next season playing once a week.

Football is ups and downs, so no matter how good we get, we aren't ever going to be permanently happy. I want the club to be smart with money so that even if we do have a bad season, it's not terminal like our relegation in 2017 was.

If our recruitment keeps this standard up then no achievement is off the table imo. We are better than Spurs right now, probably equal to/slightly better than the visitors, they both won trophies last season and qualified through the Champions League group stage this season. But I don't want us to chase that dream by throwing loads of money at older, bad "asset" type of players.

I think we’re a weird fan base. Most of us can accept a defeat as long as we see effort.
We lost to Blackpool even though we had something like 20 shots on goal to their 2 and 99% were happy with the performance (not the result)

This team seems to work hard, all the time.

5th will more than likely get CL football so even fewer points(4) off them places.

This is due to England co-efficient this season being way above other countries. The top two performing countries in European football get an extra place each season under the new UEFA competitions format.

Then 6th-7th would get EL if the FA Cup winner finishes top 5 and 8th would get UECL if the League Cup winner finishes top 5.

Not sure what happens to the league getting slots, if English clubs win the CL, EL and UECL. But all depends on where they finish in the league along side that.

I'd love us to win the FA Cup regardless of where we finish in the league mind.

The last two, at Brentford ( especially, though daft missed pen' killed us), and West Ham were poor overall .

means we have to take 16 points from 7 home games - 5 wins minimum .

Seriously though, now we are safe, a top half finish and an FA CUP FINAL would be fuckin amazing after what we have recovered from.

Ballard header in the last minute of added on time at the end of extra time in the Cup Final.

Done some great cities. Just Kiev, Minsk and Stockholm to do of the main euro cities for me

Most I can get us to is 6 away but 17 at home. 59 would probably see us fall short of 8th.

I worked out before I think 18 more points. 54 points, probably get us 9th or 10th. A top half finish on first season back would be excellent. I've been very harsh on away results though, an upturn there could easily see that become 25 points more, which gets us to 61 and probably 8th.

I've loved this season probably the best in my 40 years of watching us. Now that we are more or less safe I'm really going to enjoy the last 14 games as the anxiety and stress has been taken away from having to get the points to stay up.

Anything we get from the remaining games will be a bonus and I honestly think we can get 50+ points this season. Finishing in or around the top 10
