Nilson Angulo

A winger is a winger.

Play either side.
One side he cuts in, other side he goes wide.

Makes no difference if he is good enough, which hopefully this lad is. 🙂

That's not really true though, is it?

Maybe with training it could be but we have tried right footers on the right and they have been significantly less effective.

For example, you would never play Salah on the left as it would take away his best attribute.

Depends what is there best attribute marra.
Beckham was more effective swinging balls in as a right footer on the right wing, but Jack Clarke was more effective as a right footer cutting in from the left wing.
Horses for courses mate.

Rather than allowing it to frustrate you why not see it for what it is.

Some of us are great at identifying good players but not everyone can, such is life.

People get well paid to be able to assess and identify good footballers but it ain't for everyone and it certainly isn't a reason to feel frustrated.

Leave it to the experts.

Tell half of this place.

Oh, absolutely I'd agree there but there aren't too many of those types being developed at the moment. Hopefully this fella has a lot of variety to his play but Hume is actually probably the closest to that old-school type we have, lovely whip on a ball.

But we probably don't set up that way that often, you probably want more players in the box to get the most out of that.
