I’ve found myself in a similar state today, oddly. I know it’s still ages away in reality and I’m enjoying the Winter Olympics but I’m actually feeling really optimistic about DCCC this year. Think the overseas signing has a lot to do with it.
Seems sensible, two weekend days gives casual supporters more scope to attend atleast part of it.

On the topic though, it’s essential we sign a bowler as our second overseas in my opinion. I’d take Codi Yusuf back if he’s available.

No. Worrying when the likes of Leicester have signed Ajaz Patel and Glamorgan apparently have beat us to Sam Elliot. Some quality overseas also at other counties.

That released Killeen,Coughlin and DeLeede are better statistically than Bailey and we have yet to announce an overseas bowler does understandably promote a degree of cynicism.

I'm sure every genuine supporter hopes that he will do well but,equally,cynicism is fully understandable.
The current Durham attack is very worrying.
What we've seen of Bailey is very underwhelming.

He's played very limited number of games and people are criticising every time he now has a bad game people are going to slag him off
Vast majority of supporters are loyal, and patient particularly with young players.
