It's during goal celebrations that is being debated so crowd dont need anything to get going at that moment. And aye, Chelsea do it too.I noticed the same noise at Chelsea v Arsenal game last week. Added to the atmosphere as it got crowd going.
Indeed.Is that where it is?
If it was happening next to me it would do my head in.
Still happened. It is directly behind us, usually people hanging down from the exec boxes, it is often kids doing it.Didn't hear this yesterday - or hear on watch back today after our goal.
Were our resident board bangers having a day off, or have the club done something?

Wonder if the club have finally shifted the mics.Still happened. It is directly behind us, usually people hanging down from the exec boxes, it is often kids doing it.
You can't blame the Irish for itDidn't notice it yday when we scored, thankfully.

A letter outYou can't blame the Irish for it![]()
Possibly mate if the sound didn't come through on TV. The banging just after we scored was the "tune/series of claps" which would culminate in the chant of "Sunland". It is directly behind us as we ae in the second back row of the bowl, just below the boxes in U20.Didn't notice it yday when we scored.

Think there's been a fair bit of confusion on here too, where plenty have confused the braying on the back of the stand etc as a beat for chants v the tinny rattling tin pot bashing going on during goals.Possibly mate if the sound didn't come through on TV. Yes, it is the tinpot goal celebration bashing of the metal boards on the dropdown from the boxes which I am referring to.Think there's been a fair bit of confusion on here too, where plenty have confused the braying on the back of the stand etc as a beat for chants v the tinny rattling tin pot bashing going on during goals.
Certainly didn't come across on the highlights, where it used to sound like someone had a toy machine gun and pots n pans arsenal, where you coukd close your eyes and think Yeovil had just scored in the 1st round of the cup.
That sounds like something that lot down the road would do at the landfillAnyone caught doing this should have their hands chopped off
Same. Generally drowns out the racket after a goal (on TV, not in the ground). Cant hear it on yesterdays footage.Didn't notice it yday when we scored, thankfully.
