Early Leavers - Again!

Sorry but I was one of the early leavers today, as I have done for each 3pm kick off this season. My wife has been in hospital since the 15th August and to get back to Bishop Auckland hospital for visiting time of 6pm I have to leave early. When kick off times allow I have stopped until after the game has finished.

As long as you don't obstruct other fans' views there is no problem. I'm sure you'd agree.

Aye it baffles me, all to save sitting in traffic for 20-30 minutes. Got to rush home to sit on the sofa all night.

If I ever leave early it’s because we’re getting beat and I don’t want to be stuck on the stairs trying to get out of row 40 whilst the away fans take the piss.

Took a good ten minutes today I think. Not a traffic thing for me since I park a good 20 minute walk away.

Some will be genuine reasons or the kids etc. But 95% are just people clamming for a pint or a fag.

Nightmare that, happened to me all last season. Need to be on the end of a block with the stairs on the opposite side to the rest of the pitch.
How many left early on a Sunday when we beat the mags? Zero.
We are not though, we (The fans) seem to think we are the worst in the county and we are far from it
Where else in the country has fans leaving early when they’re winning by a goal?

You can't write this team off now even if we're getting beat

Happens all over, aston villa, spurs, man city, derby, boro, all spring to mind.

Totally agree. I went straight onto the concourse and walked round from the North Stand towards the South Stand, watching the tv's on my way, before leaving the ground just as added time was announced.

Are you really?? Ha Ha.

Let me be honest here fella, I come and go as I please, sometimes get in late, sometimes go for a half-time pint on 40mins, sometimes leave early.

All of the above takes place as and when I decide.

When I do decide to leave early, its becuase I'll do as I want. You as a complete stranger are completely irrelevant to me.
Yawn
