His injuries are due to his build and that he hoys his body on the line. A bit like Jonny Wilkinson

I can absolutely see us singing another CB to improve our squad depth. As others have said, Nordi should be primarily playing on the right side with hume as backup, which leaves Ballard, Alderete and O'nien as our 3 most capable centre backs, (not including geertruida as we might not sign him permanently). Signing someone like Lucumi would have us with reinildo and cirkin for LB, Alderete and Lucumi competing for LCB, Ballard and O'nien for RCB and Nordi, Hume competing for RB.

Yep fully agree and we also change to a 5 at the back at times. Centre half is needed especially with Ballards injury record

Luke O’Nien plays LCB.

Having watched Lucumi for all of 47mins, I’d be gutted if he was our main signing of this window.

Spend whatever money we have available on a new no2 gk, a right winger & a forward

Our midfield looks ok with Xhaka, Sadiki, Le Fee, Diarra, Rigg, also Geertruida & Hume can play mf
Patterson & Neil clearly aren't going to play so best for everyone if they leave with Hyelde Alese & Masuaku

We will see cos only 6 month ago he was our top target and we already had Alderete and Nordi then
