Just seen Craig Gordon pull off an absolutely world class save in the last few seconds of the Hearts 1-0 win at Dundee to protect the vital 3 points.
And I mean WORLD CLASS.

I know I’m in a minority but was never a fan of Gordon. Made some fantastic saves but was also prone to clangers imo. When you compare in example to Roefs, Sorensen and Mignolet they all (and in the case of Roefs it’s a matter of time) played for at the time big national teams, great clubs etc . Whereas Gordon spent his entire career barring his spell here in Scotland.

Like I said I know I’m in a minority but I just never really rated him and the fact he at separate times was dropped for both Ward and Fulop says a lot.
 
Caught it live and actually couldn’t believe he saved it.

The angle from behind the goal is class!

Not many saves will better that quality and of course importance!

Like saying Sorensen got dropped for Peter Enkleman or Mig got dropped for Brad Jones.

Gordon had lots of bad advice regarding injuries here but he was mostly good when fit. Many of the fans couldnt handle the fee though expecting infallability.

Not as consistent as the others you mentioned but none of have made the world class saves Gordon has made

Unbelievable save that. Always has those wonder saves in him, Bolton home?

Always liked Gordon.
