Patto

Patto is an asset we can cash in on. It’s a difficult one as if Roefs has a spell out we can’t afford to play a poor keeper, but we also can’t have millions of value sitting on the bench each week. Patto is also young and won’t want to see his career stagnate.

Not sure who would buy Patto like. Saying that the Leeds keeper the other night looked embarrassingly bad

Selfishly want him to stay as a good no. 2 but wouldn't want to see him stagnate. He's better than that so if he wants away its thanks for the previous years and good luck to him.

Keep until end of season then sell and bring in another number 2 - say Rooefs gets injured we would be in the crap and its a few million per league position

Maybe he's happy enough being no.2

Without wanting to sound disrespectful, Patto has never struck me as the most driven character, I could be totally wrong on that obviously, just the impression I get from his general demeanor

With Blondy leaving, not sure were it leaves Patto now, i don't think he'll leave now this window
Always difficult the goalkeeping situation because you can only play one !

Patterson will surely not be happy being the back up to Roefs, but then given Roefs form he can hardly complain.

Moore's contract is up this Summer and he will probably follow Blondy out the door.

Not sure how Matty Young is progressing, seems to be playing regularly at Salford who are going for automatic promotion.

All in all maybe unlikely we will be in for another goalkeeper soon, only is Patterson leaves.

If Patterson left in this window, we’d need another premier league keeper ready in case Roefs got injured. They’d have to be of the quality of Patterson or better.

Longer term, Young might fill that gap, but the Blondy thing shouldn’t effect Patterson’s position, cos he was never getting near his place in the squad anyway.

Moore was actually solid up until Patto replaced him when he was fit again. Then he had an awful cameo in a cup appearance which seems to have tainted the views on him.

I'd put them both in the same bracket tbh, solid Championship keepers and nothing more. Patto the better shot stopper, Moore better at collecting corners and distribution. Wouldn't say either excel at those though, and I doubt either could handle the pressure against a PL team.

The amount of times Patto spilled shots into the 6yd box for an easy tap in last season is enough to give you nightmares in this league.

We need him to stay just in case Roefs gets injured.....if Roefs does then he gets his opportunity to show if hes good enough for this league. Its that simple really ....unless RLB trusts Simon Moore

Tell them to fuck off with subsidies. We don't need to loan him out so why should we make up the shortfall to suit Millwall & Patto. If he wants to go there he can take what they can afford or stay where he is and honour his contract.
