He's worth a decent fee for sure. He'd be a good back-up for Xhaka so I'd have him back here until the end of the season. I'm sure loads of you will laugh, but who else replaces Xhaka if he's out?

Browns value isn’t a lot, he’s 32 and although he’s still a good player he will start regressing.

The trouble with replacing Xhaka is you can’t. Not like for like without spending a huge amount. Guendouzi would have but to keep two players of that profile happy we’d need European games for all the midfield to get enough minutes. I actually think Le Fee is the best direct replacement we have.
I’d say it’s better to accept we don’t replace Xhaka and slightly adapt our game rather than replace with someone who won’t really come close to replacing him.

Let me explain how this forum works. If it suits your agenda you add a couple of years onto a player’s age. Or take a couple of years off, depending on whether you are for or against a particular player.
