I think it’s class. If I had had the available funds, when my kids were small, I would have done exactly the same. Imagine the time those bairns will have growing up there.

None of the rooms suggest there are any kids living there, I guess I'm an old fart though, but I get your meaning for the kids, although I'd have toned it all down somewhat, kept the footie area, but grassed/planted up the rest and put a proper pool in.

Only the seven million square foot. It’s a bit smaller than I’m looking for as if it were 8 million then perhaps…..

Imagine a lottery win so you could buy your own theme park, now that would be excellent.

Having read the advert again, it does look like a decent opportunity. £5 million pa revenue? Shirley there’s a 6 figure profit in that so payback wouldn’t be that long would it?

We as in a group of business people who meet up for a sesh every so often were talking about enquiring about it.Mind we had already had about 5 pints. It never got past the should we sign the NDA as I think all of us thought what the fcku do we know about a them park.
It's lost money over the years, has a huge wage bill, huge running costs and needs constant investments to keep up with other parks. Plus the land it sits on is leased .
That said if you were super rich who wouldn't take a punt :lol:

Part of my childhood that, use to stay at Slengingford Mill Camp/Caravan Site down the road. Doubt it still there due to HSE, but that wooden deathslide still has a few ounce of my skin embedded in it
