It was lamb cobbler for us tonight.

Pan fried Sea bass, roast new potatoes, broccoli, asparagus and green beans with a salsa verde. Scallops and fennel salad starter. Mini choc pudding, mini lemon cheesecake and macaron trio for pud.
Our alternative Christmas dinner with in laws as we are off to Norway for Christmas.

Champagne and picky stuff. Olives, a few cheeses, some soda bread nicely seeded made by me and now some Trigales by Carlos.

Didn’t go to the pub just staying in. Had a cracking night.
