We have a good relationship with B'Ham and I can see this one going smoothly. Good move for all parties, Pat will be well remembered here and one of the shining lights in the dark ages.
 
Of all the players pushed to the edges by the new signings, Pat is the one I miss most. I believe he would have contributed this season. He obviously wants to play and he is doing a good job for Birmingham so his transfer makes sense.

He should be worth a decent fee, shame it's Birmingham who I really dislike (long term).

He’s still a class act. Birmingham are lucky to have him.
I agree he would have offered as much as one or two players, but as they Are development players who are long term investments he would not have got games.
A top top Championship player will always be a leg end in my mind

I would love to get around 4 million as some have said on here but can't see anything even close. 1 to 1.5 (We paid 1.5 rising to 3 for Jobe albeit with a sell on fee) Someone one said we have an option of another year but I think he will leave for an undisclosed fee and none of us will ever know

To be honest, their fans believe that too. A few weeks ago they were talking (again) about how they will eclipse what Sunderland have done "when they get promoted" as they are a "far bigger club".

They genuinely believe they will be a top 4 Prem club in a couple of years. Honestly the delusion is off the charts.

They don't seem to realise their mythical stadium will never be built and even if it was, it wouldn't make any difference whatsoever. They are more likely to be League 1 than Premier League. Never mind top 4!

Bigger than Sunderland? Not a chance in hell.

Forget Brum I couldn’t care less about them. Roberts has absolutely no role to play for us on the pitch as we’ve moved on so clearly but we should definitely get the best price for him. It light not be £20+ m but every £ helps us.
