Like letting them take throw ins 15 yards up the pitch
Or same with free kicks
I’m still howling at him missing the most blatant handball I’ve ever seen 5 yards awayThis mate, he was f***ing horrific in the second half.
The only f*cker in the SOL not to see itI’m still howling at him missing the most blatant handball I’ve ever seen 5 yards away
He didn’t miss it, just didn’t fancy giving itI’m still howling at him missing the most blatant handball I’ve ever seen 5 yards away

There were 15 fouls because he wasn’t giving fouls. That’s what everyone is complaining about. He wasn’t giving obvious fouls or foul throws. He wasn’t requiring free kicks be taken near the right place.Well, we just got a great result against ManC despite an apparently biased, incompetent referee and we need to complain about something. That was a hard fought game (mostly by us, as we were very aggressive in trying to win the ball) but I appreciated the fact that he let the players play rather than keeping the whistle in his mouth. There were only 15 fouls (9 to us, 6 to them) and two yellows (one each). Guardiola was questioning a lot of calls as well. And at the end one of our players (no doubt O'N) was clearly interfering with a throw but nothing was called. It wasn't a master class in refereeing but it really didn't affect the result and made the game a lot more entertaining than it could have been.
Even the north stand bellowed out clearest I’ve ever heard them for a long whileWorst - and most biased - refereeing display I can ever remember seeing. He wasn’t even trying to hide it. Once the “you’re not fit to referee” chant went up he then went even more biased.
But we knew that before we kicked off.Shouldn’t ever pick up a whistle again. Blokes an incompetent cheat.
What you're looking for as a supporter is mainly consistency, so allowing Man City advantage but not giving the same advantage to Sunderland in similar circumstances, or calling fouls against Sunderland but not against City which again appeared similar can be frustrating. Supporters can interpret that as bias, but referees see things from different angles, it's a fast game, referees are only human, they could make mistakes. You can argue all you want about fouls given, not given etc but if was biased surely he'd find a way for Man City to win the game?
Like clockwork! You can argue all you want about fouls given, not given etc but if was biased surely he'd find a way for Man City to win the game?
Missed some clear fouls in the 2nd half and the double handball was frustrating. He missed these because he's a human being and it happens. Calling him a cheat is ridiculous, how does him being a 'cheat' work exactly, is he being payed off the books at Man City or something![]()
Well earned point against arguably the best team in the country and you post shit about the referee...give ower manShouldn’t ever pick up a whistle again. Blokes an incompetent cheat.
Not impossible, but highly unlikelyI dont think this is the case but considering their owners and some of the off-season training camps this isnt impossible.
