ID checks for away tickets

I’m in the North Stand and they were checking seats in the row in front of me. Apparently the seat number they were checking should’ve had a ‘young lad’ sitting there… my Dad has had this seat since the stadium opened. He then realised it was the row behind, and the lad in that seat has had his ST for 20+ years. He got told in no uncertain terms to f**k off, but just stood there to blocking the view telling us he was just ‘doing his job’.

Sure the club are shitting it, what with his daughter and all.

They can dictate any dress code they want.

Haway man, you have to give more details than that. Not being a problem to the people who sit next to him means nothing.

They were doing it in the south last season, there was a few times I was going into the ground and some were getting ejected for wrong ticket type. It’s always been a thing they usually just check the light when you scan in.

No ID will be taken as is my right. So if I do get an email and a bank card isn't acceptable.

No one other than you will have a problem as it’s the clubs right to adhere to the terms and conditions.

No photo ID no entry to the match if you’re selected for an ID check.
