Fair enough, I saw it totally different. I thought Cirkin was great today. Defended well and attacked well. Yes, he closed down the keeper but Xhaka covered for him but couldn't block the cross. Cirkin was streets ahead of Hume today and looked comfortable.

Thought he did quite well for his PL debut after being out so long. Bound to be rusty and cautious at times. He didn't look wildly out of place and got up to support Adingra well. Considering it's a new partnership with Adingra not getting much game time and previously being criticised for his defensive game it wasn't too bad on the left side. Also, the more minutes he gets the more his resale value increases if we do move him on.

This was the period of the game where the team as a whole was shit. Xhaka, Rigg, Hume, Le Fee were all every bit as poor. The rest of the game Cirkin was one of our better players.

Poor option cos there were few others and you still fail to recognise thst his mistakes could fill a D.V.D
 
Wasn't great for the goal, both in getting caught out of position and then allowing the two midfielders to run off him whilst tracking back to leave them free in the box. That's more down to a lack of match fitness.
