LEGO builds for Adults

@chriswallace85 wait till you get to bag 4

I’m giving serious thought to superglue. 5 times I’ve tried to build it. Disappointed with this set 🤬
Did bag 4 the other night. Got through it ok.

After finishing one side, I did at one point apply a bit too much pressure when building the other and it came apart, so I did have to a do a little rebuild, but after that it was fine.

did you do it out of sequence from the instructions? That was how I managed it
I don't think so, no. Not intentionally anyway.

I was putting the second side on and it came apart, so I had to go back over a bit and rebuild. Maybe that was done a little out of sequence, I'm not sure.

It was fiddly like. I think ya just have to be careful where you apply pressure to really get all the pieces flush together. It needs to be exact to slide the bow onto the hull.

I managed to get a look in the Lego Store in Belfast for the first time today. They had the Enterprise D on display and I have to say it looks amazing. Whenever I've seen the pictures I thought it looked a bit clunky, but looks completely different up close. Tried dropping hints to my wife, but I think it fell on deaf ears unfortunately.

My good lady loves Lego as much as I love guitar. She got a Lego Christmas tree and Pontsettia. My eldest got me a guitar cleaning kit. All happy and good. My good lady built the tree and I've got three very shiny guitars👍
