As did Gillet who didnt seem to know how a throw in should be taken or that a goalkick should actually be taken from the playing surface. The officials in the upcoming games get my full support
Didn’t know the handball rule either. As did Gillet who didnt seem to know how a throw in should be taken or that a goalkick should actually be taken from the playing surface.

Blokes a professional ref and very well paid for his job, now i agree its a difficult job especially with the way cheating is nowadays, however these were very basic decisions he either got wrong or simply chose not to enforce, even MOTD mentioned the throw ins, one of which almost resulted in a goal. Then go out and show them all how it should be done. I'm sure youd be that good youd be applauded off the pitch by both sets of fans
We all know it is a difficult job and players and management teams don’t help. Then go out and show them all how it should be done. I'm sure youd be that good youd be applauded off the pitch by both sets of fans

However he missed two blatant handballs and continually let players of both sides, take throw ins yards further up the touchline. These are basic and easy to see.
I don't agree.@Pilot Light fells here saying he let players off both sides pinch yards from throw ins
He also stopped us from taking a quick throw due to another ball being slightly on the pitch, but chose to ignore the exact same thing for City and let them build up an attack whilst another of their players cleared the extra ball from the pitch.I don't agree.
He told Muckiele to go back after he took literally a step forward while allowing Man City to advance 10-15 yards on multiple occasions.

How do they assign them?Refs need to be randomly assigned imho. It’s not fair us getting Atwell as often as we do, for example. This will be the 3rd time this season I think? And all away from home.
