I don’t even see it as that much of a gamble, even if we say they are paying all his wages and £5m for the year. Thats being generous it’s £3m per league position you finish, an on fire grealish can easily get you from 13th to 8th as I suspect Everton will be in that middle group of clubs who fight for the last European place. His wages are huge but the alternative is buying/loaning somebody who hasn’t played in the league and that’s more a gamble, you know what you’re getting here.

Hope it’s prime Villa Grealish as that’s great for England with a World Cup coming up.

I know loads of people love having a pop at grealish but every time I see/hear of him he just comes across as a canny lad.

Aye he loves a drink and a night out (he’s a young lad being paid unbelievably to live his dream so can’t blame him) and the work he does with individuals and communities often gets forgotten about/ignored.

Not sure I get the hate for him
 
He's a great lad, seems to do loads of stuff like this but he also does it off the cuff

Big fan of him, so is the wife for some reason.

Genuine nice lad likes to party a little I believe but we only live once
