He's bowling 8mph slower than his average test speed. He's got the new ball, it's The Ashes and we're 2-0 down. You need to start aggressive and make a point....not trundle in 8 mph slower than your average speed. Dog shite bowling

Bowling unit as a whole just isn’t good enough really.

It’s easy with hindsight, but an attack of Carse, Atkinson, Archer, Wood & Tongue is never going to win you an ashes series. Be lucky if it wins you a test.
