Possibly depends on strength in depth of Senegal squad, are they prepared to gamble on taking him knowing its keeping some fit and equally capable midfielder out the squad ?
Only joining training next week, it'll take him a few weeks to get upto speed

I would be amazed if he doesn’t go, they’re taking a 28 man squad to accommodate the few players they have returning from injuries.

Apparently they’re taking the full allocation which is 28, meaning they pay for an additional 4 players. I can only assume that HD will be one of them.
