Sillypoint

Central Defender
posted on his instragram, he retiring from playing but staying on as a coach at warwickshie

Club legend up here, a real shame his personal life and the coaches at the time lead him to leave

wasnt just his divorce, from a reliable source he had a falling out with Franklin, wanted to play more of the T20 stuff, and also a disagreement with north over how long a new contract would be for

Apparently when Campbell arrived one his first questions was who moves the white ball the most, Team joked Rushy but youve just missed him

was his captain when he played his first senior game for Hylton seconds at Houghton, was probably 12 at the time,

I still remember hearing about him turning out in the DNECL on the odd occasion. Dangerous sight to a bloke rocking up with a hangover after a heavy Friday night!

Ranks up there as 2nd worst Warwickshire signing in last 3 years.

Mo Ali number 1.

Totally gone when both signed at that stage.

Had the privilege to open the bowling with him for a season in 2007 before he got back into Durham. Done Durham proud and our family. Well done Chris. Was so unlucky not to get called up for England at Trent bridge when jimmy was injured.

You and your pesky facts.
Yes,but a nice pesky 😀.
What is really astonishing is that from when Colly took over the captaincy and recalled him, Rushy missed a total of about 6 CC games in 10 seasons. That's some feat for a pace bowler to be virtually ever present over such a long period.
