Slot - could he be in trouble?

Playing in the PL all that time and getting a new stadium must have been heartbreaking as would Villa and the mags getting into the CL and winning a trophy.

No team in the PL compares to the shit we’ve been through. Not even close.
Bang on, its embarrassing.

"What we have been through". What he means is overspending and failing PSR.

Says the fanbase that are known around the game for the best booooooo's. While being a constant in the PL and paying tens of millions for players.

I'd love to see your fans cope with league one.

The last 4-5 years we've had:

- the lowest net spend in the league, selling our best players year on year (James, Richarlison, Gordon, Onana) having to replace them on the drip with bang average players like Mcneil, Beto, Rondon, Josh King etc.

- 3x consecutive relegation battles

- 2x seperate points deductions by a corrupt league whilst others spend billions taking the piss and getting away with it

- an absent owner trying to sell the club to a group who were being investigated for illegal financial activities in the US and numerous ponzi schemes

- an absent board at war with the fanbase

- numerous shsyter managers appointed including a former LFC legend who once called us a small club, playing dross football

All whilst our biggest rivals across the park go about 60 games unbeaten at home, win 2x league titles, a Champions League, FA Cup, 2x League Cups, a euro super cup and playing brilliant football.

Its been an absolute shit show few years man

Didn't your fans chase Gordon down the street and give him dogs abuse through the car window? Now you're moaning be was sold?

All that you listed still doesn't come close to what we've been through or other clubs. Wind your neck in man.

Everton

Well if you get into debt you have to pay for it

Isak looking more and more like a stupid signing

I wonder who pushed for it...if it wast slot he should chuck this right at somebody else's door

If it was slot...then he only has himself to blame

They didn't even need Isak after they signed Ekitike, they could have spent the Isak money far better on other positions.
Bit of a daft buy anyway, isak thrives and relys on service.
there's just as much chance of salah and gakpo going for the harder shot at goal as opposed to laying it on a plate for isak.
Big difference in service compared to the mags whose whole team and the way they plsy was set up towards feeding him and his runs.

Thats before the whole circus of the buying process is looked at and last minute deals so isak went there unfit

Well, when you put it like that…

13 Premier League titles, 2 UEFA Champions League titles, 1 UEFA Cup Winners Cup, 5 FA Cups, and 4 League Cups.
I've a shrewd idea that you're "resting your case" there marra!! 😂😂😂

Have a day off hating Everton lad
I find the "ignore" feature helps. 👍

I bet you are quite enjoying their travails.

I know I am. I can’t stand the reds. You lot are champion though.
gday mate! well I'm hardly "heartbroken" about the comings and going's at Analfield 😂 Even here in Australia, I've had to put up with getting grief from reds (ahem) "supporters" 🙄 over the years. My response is usually to remind them that I've seen more Liverpool games than they'll ever get to, but the fact remains that Liverpool have been top dogs for the past thirty-odd years.
Oddly enough, I have no "hatred" for our rivals..... I won't waste precious energy on "hating" them that is better utilised in my absolute love for EVERTON!🔵⚪🔵
However, I am permitting myself a smirk or two at the antics and outbursts from some entitled and arrogant sections of this supporter base.
I grew up at a time when the rivalry between our clubs was intense without ever becoming toxic; I have family members and friends who follow the reds, so would never abuse them, the way that some (non-scouse) reds have me
I watch events at analfield with interest, but can't be arsed about them quite honestly, my love is for Ever-TON!!!🔵⚪🔵

Their fan base would crumble if they had to go through what we have Dealt with over the last 5 years and 30 years with no silverware Or yourselves, Villa, horsepunchers (relegation), Leeds etc.
All due respect, I don't think you can put Everton in that group of teams. You've been in the top flight for multiple decades in a row. All the others you name have been relegated, often multiple divisions and often more than once
The more I hear about Ferguson the less impressed I am about his great management skills.
I think he didn't like superstar players who didn't seen themselves as a small part of the team

Man U never really had those standout superstars and when they did they moved on (eg: Beckham). Ferguson created brilliant teams, occasionally by losing a top name or two

Ronaldo possibly doesn't fit into that (although he did move on) but he's one of the best players to ever play the game

Given that Royston acheived but a tiny fraction of what Fergie did in management with Aberdeen as well as United, I don't set much store in Roy Keane's opinion on management skills
See I love Roy Keane. He is a winner and I loved the Sunderland team we became under him.

I’m not a fan of Ferguson.
