He's praised Simon Moore a few times now, he must be great behind the scenes for the squad.

I know there was an article recently saying how he's basically another goalkeeper coach but it seems he has more of an impact on the squad than just that.

You know what? The culture Regis has created is sensational.

Just getting an appearance off the bench is a real badge of honor. Breaking into the first team is a huge thing for any of our players. You have to earn your place and fight for it. Long may it continue.

To think we used to have to endure watching Jack Rodwell trudge around the pitch
 
Was buzzing for him getting on. Other players at full time all recognised it too, says a lot about him and them too. What a team.

Yeah I've noticed in almost every player interview when they have to name their Top 5 funniest/personalities etc he does seem to be mentioned by almost everyone. Even Roef's was waxing lyrical about him the other week. Seems like a really good lad that they're possibly eyeing for a coaching role long term
 
It's a great story, and I think most will agree that he is a limited footballer, especially in this squad now, but its his mentality and the way he conducts himself that really sets him apart. He's obviously loved by the lads, and is clearly a driver behind this culture we now have at the club where anything is possible.

Living the dream that lad and its well deserved.

Emotional for us, emotional for him. But a shrewd tactical decision from Le Bris who has a clear role in mind for him.

Though I also think Le Bris is secretly a bit of a big softie at heart.

Doing what needed to be done. I think this will be Luke's main role from now on... coming on for the last 5 or 10 or 20 minutes to shore up the defences and ensure the points, whatever position that calls for. Playing left midfield last night helped to contain the threat that was mainly coming down that side and Luke stepped up in his own style, with his own tactics.
Captain Sh*thouse. Long may he inspire us.
 
Not just for us,

But he really is a breath of fresh air in the modern game. Even if I was a manager/coach of a different club, I’d be showing the young players that this is the attitude you need to have.

Whatever happens from now on till the end of his career, I’m so proud that he has played for us.
