Will Gidman Appointed Academy and Talent Pathway Performance Director


Internal appointment -rearranging deckchairs on the Titantic. Academy will only revert to its former outstanding wealth when North goes and takes his coaching mates from the Academy with him. And that ain't going to happen.
 
Regardless of who does the job IMO they need to get back to playing in the NEPL. No coincidence that our golden generations came through that set up of playing tough league cricket within a supportive team environment from a young age. The kids these days pimp themselves out to the highest bidder with little regard other than the odd phone call saying they can only bowl 3 overs, for their development.
