Why is it that everyone who eats it seems to be some sort of minger that thinks when they are done they can just stick it anywhere?

A few bits stuck to the seat on front of me on a train today. Benches in sports centres are awful, you go to move one and find layers on layers of the stuff.

I’d hate to see the inside of these people’s houses with years worth stuck on the bottom of tables.
