Current holders should have to hand it over when we next play them. Providing they've cleaned the blood stained fingerprints off it firstExcellent so we can display the league cup on the pitch before we play Citeh
It wont happen but I hope to god they get the biggest punishment in footballing historyYou must be logged on to see media items
you're right, it won't, it boils down to - they have enough money to make it go away.It wont happen but I hope to god they get the biggest punishment in footballing history
Juventus and Rangers both got kicked down the leagues.you're right, it won't, it boils down to - they have enough money to make it go away.
Rangers got done for messing with the tax man though and that is differentJuventus and Rangers both got kicked down the leagues.
Or the Premier League have been ran by idiots who created rules/laws that were not strict enough or left way to open. A nation state being allowed to buy a football club because they promised that PIF wasnt just Saudi Arabia and Chelsea being allowed to sell a women's football team for ÂŁ200m and 'proving' its worth that by selling 10% for ÂŁ20 to a partner of that company are just 2 examples of how badly its been ran, they've got away with it thought as its made money.you're right, it won't, it boils down to - they have enough money to make it go away.
Not really comparable:Juventus and Rangers both got kicked down the leagues.
Nowt has happened yet100 quid fine and told to not do it again, I reckon.
Shocking really as Everton got worse for a lot less.
Before Christmas, but which Christmas? It wont happen but I hope to god they get the biggest punishment in footballing history
You’re not seeing the bigger picture here marra. The PL is owned by the clubs. The clubs (owners) don’t vote for strict rules as it makes it more difficult to sell their club when they get bored with it.Or the Premier League have been ran by idiots who created rules/laws that were not strict enough or left way to open. If City are guilty I hope they are punished correctly but I hope this is the kick up the arse they need to actually get their act together.
Excellent so we can display the league cup on the pitch before we play Citeh
As my old man used to say,it’s not what you know it’s who you know….100 quid fine and told to not do it again, I reckon.

Grim and depressing tale of lawfare with City trying to overwhelm PL by instructing legions of solicitors and barristers to build costs, eat time, distract and deflect.sort of stuff that gives lawyers a bad name.A behind the scenes documentary on the legal shenanigans of it all would be fascinating
Ronaldo has had his international 3 game ban for his Red card be reduced to 1 game and the other 2 games suspended so he can play in the world cup. Money and influence helps. I am not expecting much or something serious but suspended so they can carry on.
Gives lawyers a bad name and a fat wallet marra.Grim and depressing tale of lawfare with City trying to overwhelm PL by instructing legions of solicitors and barristers to build costs, eat time, distract and deflect.sort of stuff that gives lawyers a bad name.
Aye maybe should have brought the FA into it too as they never use their golden vote. I understand that its Turkeys voting for Christmas but they should still have stopped Saudi buying a club and the laws/rules whatever they class them as for clubs to sell hotels, car parks and womens teams should never have been there if anyone semi competent were writing them. You’re not seeing the bigger picture here marra. You know full well thats an EFL owned trophy and nowt to do with the PL. Be good though wadnt it?
