I turn 60 in March 2026. If I renew (not sure yet) before the end of December, do I qualify for the over 60 rate? I wouldn't be 60 when I pay but would be when the season starts.

I imagine you'd be able to apply for a Senior Member rate but not until your birthday. Therefore you'd have to pay the full price for the over 60s ie £200 as opposed to you getting the early bird Full Member offer of £220 if you applied now.

I reached the big 60 in 2024 but my birthday wasn't until late June so last season was my first as a Member of the thrupence ha'penny for a bloody cuppa brigade.

I think I'll send an email to the box office from 'someone else' with a similar enquiry. Statistically about of third of members must fall into this bracket, those born between the end of December and the season starting.
