£5 says when it's finally actually built it's nothing like that. No chimneys, and just a generic modern new stadium.
This always happens, initial visualisations get watered down. Look at the old Trafford plans, the new Chelsea stadium plans, and all those World Cup stadiums planned in Saudi that aren't going ahead.
