SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

Will each one have the letters A to O and a gadgey up there ready to slot in the relevant half time scores?

They could do that like that clock in Schipol Airport. Would look mint. Keep the score board retro like the match the other week...

It's the scoreboard that i miss most from Roker. It would be magic if they could replicate it electronically at HT, mind i don't know how we would find out which match is which lol

the screen is moving, but the people are not, sorcery?
aye cutting edge stuff mate, from wikipedia

"Animated GIFs like this one were once a common decorative feature of personal websites in the late 90s and early 2000s. CompuServe introduced GIF on 15 June 1987 to provide a color image format for their file downloading areas. This replaced their earlier run-length encoding format, which was black and white only."

its goddam witchcraft i tell ya!

Am I going mad or at one point, after we first got screens rather than just the more basic displays, did we show the match on the screens in real time during the match? Like the TV angle playing at a 1s delay.

No doubt them bigger wider ones the likes of Leicester and Southampton have, it'll look mint.

Things like this add serious cache to the stadium, as do the electronic advertising boards. As new and shiny stadiums continue to get built it’s crucial the SoL doesn’t look unnecessarily dated. Great to see that the board recognise this too.

It's all part of this growing sense of professionalism we've had under KLD. People point to ticketing still as an area for improvement, but overall the rest of the club seems to just be really well run, professional, organised, making the right long term decisions that help us become a better club as well as team.

Socials have been great, branding, stadium improvements, corporate offers, internal structure, financial decision making, recruitment, youth teams, communication etc. All just stepped up just like the team have.

Yes, there were a couple of contentious things about what we used to show on the screen, we once showed a blatant dive and the players surrounded the ref pointing at the screen then we used to do a countdown of announced injury time and had a last minute corner but the ref blew his whistle early. Remember Quinny having a real go at the ref for that one.
