Possibly but the likes of of the big 5 would still be massively ahead of the pack. What the tv money does allow is for the smaller teams to become some of the most attractive teams in Europe compared to other leagues in both wage and transfer fees offered. Look at how piss poor the French teams are this year without a big tv deal,most of them are selling g their grannies take ends meet
