if we get 4 points from our next two games that will give us a points haul of 1.9 per game from 11 games ..if you say 40 points is guaranteed survival..well then all we need from the remaining 27 games is a massive 0.07 points per game and five wins and five draws would do it and we could probably get that from our home games alone!

I personally believe we have a way of playing and enough players to play that system that can absorb a few injuries to reach that minimum total 40 points ......

If we get 0.07 points per game we will end up with another 1.89 points . Might struggle with that total.

I think so too but the slump will come , injuries, suspensions, lack of form , the odd bad official . 3 losses in a row will test us and Regis has history of starting seasons fast and falling off . No biggy , we'll be fine but it will be interesting to see the various coping strategies and attitudes in the different players .

As long as we dont get long term injuries to sadiki granite and three of our centre backs at the same time we will be ok ..i trust the system and im sure new recruits will be sought in january if we have slumped by then...my hope is that we have at around 30 points come the the January window and that should reduce fan anxiety for the rest of the season.
 
Now we are safe we can be more adventurous and creative away from home, where the current system isn't working for us anyway.
