Yep. National League next up. At this point, Fylde look like their main challengers. They're 4 up at Spennymoor. Shields 3 points clear of them with a game in hand and slightly better goal difference though.

The play Fylde (A) the mid-week after their FA Cup game. If they come from their with anything I think that'd be an very good result.

We are horrified by the disgusting behaviour of at least one of our supporters after last night's game.
We will not tolerate violence at the football club. We are working with the Police to find and take action against the perpetrators.
We are gathering information and reviewing statements and other evidence, and are asking fans for their help in identifying the perpetrator/s. Anyone with information should contact the club on 0191 454 7800.
We would like to apologise to the injured Scarborough supporter and those supporters who witnessed the incident. We would also like to commend the vast majority of home and away fans on their conduct during and after the game.
We are determined to work as a Club to prevent any repeat of this behaviour and will introduce several controls for as long as they are needed.

I remember the first couple of seasons in the Northern Alliance on an open, unenclosed pitch at Jack Clark Park - one season playing Morecambe in the FA Trophy semi-final and Wigan in the League at Simonside Hall and the next, a reformed Shields Mariners playing the likes of Alston, Newcastle University and Bede College. They had some canny crowds there. 1400 for a fourth round Vase game against Brigg Town and regular league crowds of around 400 at a time when interest generally in non-league football was almost zero.
