Forthcoming gigs.

Y&T outstanding as always at Northumbria University on Friday night.

Pulled a good crowd of around 1000 and played for 2 hours with no fat or fluff, just a night a cracking songs, brilliantly played.
The were the metal band of choice during my later school years, early 80's for those who weren't Rush obsessives or Sabbath/Motorhead devotees. They seemed to be more about the music rather than image. I'd like to think some of my mates from those days would be at the gig you went to.

I think that`s why they have lasted through all of those fads. They never seemed to chase those and just stuck to what they did. Many of their peers have dated badly but Y&T were in a class of their own and still produce the goods 50 years later. I saw a LOT of familiar faces from the past at that show. probably more than any other gigs of a similar type I go to.

It's not for me like.

I might dip into an interview on youtube or on the telly or summit, but I wouldn't be wasting me evening going to one.
Agree with you here. I went to an evening with The Christians ( the wife loves them),where you were invited to ask questions, then the band would sing, ask questions, band sing etc. Some of the questions were mental. One woman kept going on to him ,saying 'when all the band had covid, did you get vaxxed'. He told her none of the band had had covid, and she started arguing with him, saying' you have, you have'.A fella started telling him how to sing, then started singing himself. I found it all very embarrassing. I was tempted to go to the tim burgess q+a at the fire station, but that experience has scarred me.
