ght say, "Yeah but they were not dissolved due to debt." But that is not a relevant matter. Fact is that clubs have had assets transferred between companies and older companies dissolved, like Rangers.

Besides Leeds, Boro, Wolves had previous companies dissolved, Wolves twice. Are they a club which is only 39yrs old?

Most phoenix from the ashes clubs dont claim to be the exact same entity to be fair, the history just isnt there after the club is dissolved.

They're not the same Rangers
