Forthcoming gigs.

Beautify Junkyards and Pye Corner Audio both impressed at Cluny 2 this week. Getting harder to do back to back gigs but was worth it. Dressed In Wires were good too (supporting Pye Corner Audio).
Next one I've got is The Fire Doors in Washington tomorrow.

Saw them last year at Fire Station, very good, get in early for local band Black Rain supporting, excellent post punk/goth band.
When there were about 50 people there? Hope it’s a bit busier tonight. Saw them at the cluny a couple of months ago and it was rammed, but it’s much smaller.

Reet, next one(s) for me.

Cast, Richard Ashcroft & Oasis today

Manchester Anthems next months, but a tribute act doesn’t really count.

Then I’ve got a bit of a gap until Kneecap in November.

Enjoyed Sanctum Sanctorium last night even though the guitarist tipped up half an hour late. Not sure what the third track in was but knew the rest. Next up Stranglers and just bought tickets for Gary Numan yesterday. Aldo got ticket for Jim Bob next year at the Anarchy Brewery -never been.

The K’s and Tom A Smith in Blackpool on Monday night then Billy Nomates in Manchester on Thursday night. The latter clashes with Red Rum Club and Brogeal which I would far rather attend but had just bought the Billy Nomates ticket when it was announced after holding off for a bit.
