Listened to a few of their fan podcasts and they have the feel of a fan base who think they are entitled to be doing well in the premier league. I think their collective lack of stomach for the fight will see them really struggle to get things going.
 
Well to the ignorant villa bastard who when I asked if they were feeling confident he replied sorry don’t understand Geordie then his mates piped up of coarse we are confident we are villa . Well I hope the ignorant twats are playing Birmingham and wolves in the championship next year
 
I doubt villa fans differ that much from any common or garden greater crested footy fan.
It would not have been unexpected for us to have had as dismal a start as eg Villa or WHU. Many fans were very agitated in the 5 or so games leading to play offs, some questioning RLB
If we were looking down and out a la last season Soton by Xmas, do we all believe we would be wanting RLB to remain at the helm?
 
That’s why I dislike loan players. It can really hurt a team the following season when they have to find a quality replacement. Just look at Villa bringing in Rashford on loan—see how that turned out.

They are missing Marco Asensio much more than Rashford. I'm surprised they didn't sign him permanently. He was great for them and only cost ÂŁ8.5mill.
 
I know they'll improve and clearly have the quality in the ranks but their lack of intensity was very West Ham-like. Man Utd and Wolves are clearly the same so far this season and long may it continue!

Not sure you can compare Manchester United to Wolves. They are 3 points off 2nd place and have won their last 2 home games.
