assuming its at this time rather than a 6.30 start due to lack of floodlights? otherwise a strange time to play

Of course. Irish cricket grounds have no floodlights. People say it's sold out friday and Sunday??? Really. Maybe to England fans.

200 tickets sold today and tickets remain on sale in Ireland.

Note people in Ireland don't even realise they have a cricket team.
 
Annoyed that this is on TNT as I only have Sky Sports which reminds me that I need to work out what my plan is for the Ashes. Don't feel like paying for a full subscription when I will only be able to watch an hour or two per day.

Didn’t realise the ashes were on TNT!

This is the first game I’ve ever watched on here tbh, probably just the cameras in the ground. But my god it’s dreadful like.

A few overseas games are sold out because of the amount of travelling fans. Barbados, Newlands, Galle are three I've been to where it's been mainly England supporters.

TNT typically have the overseas tours. I don't know if this is because Sky don't bother bidding for them

Tickets still on sale For both Friday and Sunday games tho. I presume they mean sold out as no tickets on the day maybe. Loads left 2 minutes ago. I presume this means to people from England can't buy tickets??? Just same with abroad tours as you have worked out only a fraction available for the away team. Ground half full but sold out to England fans. You get the point now? Away end sold out but home end have sold 200 tickets.

Imagine a England home t20 v India been sold out and it was sold out to just Indian fans without memberships etc. ok then.. over 1000 tickets left on sale in Ireland.

There's no segregation. Anyone can buy tickets. That what I posted was from Cricket Ireland website. If they say it's sold out why should I disbelieve them?
 
This is the worst coverage of cricket I have ever witnessed for an international game. Catches have been taken and boundaries have been scored and the viewer has no idea what is happening. TNT coverage of cricket has always been awful but this is a new low
 
No segregation at England v India games. But alas only a portion of tickets available to people from India. Imagine if we let our tickets go on sale in India it would be full of Indians.

Again the tickets available for English based fans are sold out. Tickets still on sale for people in Ireland.

Anyway today 3 hours 15 for a game that should take 2 and half hours and people wonder why t20 is a dying format of the game.

Please note tickets still on sale for Irish cricket based fans.

But it doesn't matter they won't play anyway.
