I’ve been to the Dominican Republic myself.. it shares the island of Hispaniola with Haiti.. Haiti is shit dirt poor and we were strongly advised not to go there.. you wanna complain about your tour reps!

We stopped off on a cruise , 24 years ago . You could see the deprivation then . Not surprised it has seen the problems it has now like . It's really sad . I can't imagine them having much of a football team .
