The Mrs to be (no) saw a package deal from Hays so we went for it, lovely place.

It was great. Main seafront is lovely with loads of restaurants and bars along the marina. Plenty of side streets with the same and Stone roses bar (nowt to do with York one) is fantastic. Basically sit outside, listen to what I would class as my cd collection while slurping a 4 euro pint. Considering it again next year. Off to Lassi in Kefalonia today.

just back from there (Lassi). you will probably be on the flight now. we all loved it. stayed at marrianas which we have on a number of occasions. did notice however that not as busy as usual. I think people just be cautious for whatever reason. if going with TUI, buying aftershave on the plane, on the return journey, there is an extra 20% off. have fun

You got any restaurant recommendations? Were going to Lassi next wednesday for 10 days. Staying at the lorenzo residence apartments. Seems to be in a good spot, near the strip of bars and restaurants. Definitely hiring a car too, for the time we're out there.

Veramente in Trapezaki is excellent and probably about a twenty minute drive from Lassi.

Staying in those apartments next year, so a review and bar recommendations needed. Not a foodie, and not hiring a car so only restaurant pointers are any to avoid :lol:

Yeah ill let you know, the apartments have good reviews, only issue that is highlighted is the air con charge being expensive. Was tempted to book one of the apartments on the hill,but don't fancy climbing up there after having loads of food and beer 🤣
