I was leaning more towards wanting a Hampshire loss as they have Somerset and Surrey to play compared to Sussex who have Yorkshire and Worcs, but in any event a loss for one of them will be good news for us if we can get a draw here.

Hampshire doing their best to let Sussex back in the game and the same could be said of Notts against Worcs.

Unfortunately we are carrying a few division 2 players IMO. In fact, with the exception of Rhodes, I think all of our domestic signings in the last 2 years have some from the league below.

I can’t for the life of me fathom why they’d go for a 3-man seam attack, one of whom is incredibly injury prone and one spinner.

Unless they’re actively trying to get relegated.

A 4 man attack was senseless, particularly when you have one of our most consistent batsmen batting at 7.

He is also an old school journalist that prepares before every match. He has loads of ststs to hand which to me is very interesting, unlike those that do the comms at Durham now.
